Each Monday Selena will meditate on the energy of the group and share an overarching message of guidance as a post for everyone in the group to see and engage with.

callout for burning questions
Those in the burning question group can ask up to 2 questions per month by commenting on the callout. Questions will be answered in detail by Selena within 3-5 business days or less.
WEDNESDAY
WEEKLY OR BIWEEKLY VIDEO
Selena will be sharing videos on hot topics that are present in the group between 2-4 times per month on Wednesdays. Participants are encourage to join the videos live or to watch the recordings.
